RESOLUTION NO. 3546
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE PERSON TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Planning Commissioner H. Ray Barrett has resigned
from the Planning Commission effective August 8, 1974:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the following person is hereby appointed to serve
the remainder of the term to which Commissioner Barrett was
appointed:
STEPHEN M. L'HEUREUX to serve for a term
to expire in April, 1977.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held the
6th day of November, 1974.

BETWEEN CITY OF CARLSBAD
AND COUNTY OF Ski DIEGO
RE: TRAFFIC SIGNAL -
EL CAMINO REAL AT L4 COSTA AVENUE
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to agreement executed this 6th day of November - ,
1974 I , by and between CITY OF CARLSBAD, a nrmicipal corporation, hereinafter
called "City" and the COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, a political subdivision of the
State of California, hereinafter called r'C~~mty".
RECITALS
1. The City and County have entered into an agreement for the installation
and maintenance of a Traffic Signal on El Camino Real at La Costa Avenue, here-
inafter called "the Project", lying within the jurisdiction of the City and the
County. Said agreement, hereinafter referred to as "AgreementT7 was executed on
December 11, 1973, (#74) and is filed with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors
as County Contract No, 5050 - 7812 and with the City Clerk as Resolution No.
3268.
2. The City and County desire to modify the terms of the Agreement to
provide for the City and County to share equally in the costs of constructing
the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by and between the parties as follows:

4. PAYYEKT. All costs incurred by the County for prelimhary engineering,
design, construction engineering expense, contract costs including advertising,
construction, Controller, inspection, contract management service and all
related payroll additives and overhead costs in accordance with standard
accounting practice, shall be shared equally by the City and the County.
