RESOLUTION NO. 3549
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
AND LEADERSHIP HOUSING SYSTEMS, INC. FOR
SALE OF CITY PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. That that certain Agreement for Purchase of Real
Property between the City of Carlsbad and Leadership Housing
Systems, Inc. for the sale of City property, a copy of which is
attached hereto marked Exhibit A and incorporated herein by refer..
ence, is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behal
of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the
19th day of November , 1974, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis, McComas and Skotnicki
NOES: None
ABSENT: None

THIS FIRST SUPPLEMENT to agreement is made betw&n
the CITY OF CARLSBAD, a municipal corporation of the State
of California, and CARLSBAD CABLE-TV, INC,, a California
corporation,
1. That the Temporary License granted to CARLSBAD
CABLE-TV, PNC. by the basic agreement 2s hereby extended
until March 5, 19'55,
