RESOLUTION NO. 3583
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
AND THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO FOR THE TAKING
OF A 1975 CENSUS, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 3410.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. That that certain agreement between the City of
Carlsbad and the County of San Diego for the taking of a 1975
census, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and
corporated herein by reference, is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereb:
in-
authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on
behalf of the City of Carlsbad.
3. That Resolution No. 3410 is hereby rescinded.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the
4th day of February , 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis and Skotnicki
NOES: None
ABSENT: None

W I T M E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad and McDouga!. Sanitation,
Inc. have entered into a contract for the collection and dis-
posal of refuse, garbage, waste and other forms of
