RESOLUTION NO. 3606
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACTS AND AUTHORIZING FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF VEHICLES.
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Weseloh Chevrolet; 114 South Hill;
Oceanside, California 92054 is hereby accepted and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract for the
purchase of seven each Police Patrol Vehicles at a cost of
$32,765.25 plus tax and less $9,000.00 trade in for a total
of $25,731.17.
2. That the bid of Weseloh Chevrolet; 114 South Hill;
Oceanside, California 92054 is hereby accepted and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract for the
purchase of one each Four Door Sedan at a cost of $4,194.09
plus tax for a total of $4,350.34.
3. That the bid of Ricker Motors; 11217 E. Whittier;
Whittier, California is hereby accepted and the City Manager
is hereby authorized to execute a contract for the purchase
of one each Station Wagon at a cost of $3,950.00 plus tax
for a total of $4,187.00.
4. That the expenditure of $540.00 is hereby
authorized out of fund 1-119-4.0 of the City of Carlsbad
solely and exclusively for the purpose of providing funds
for the purchase of seven patrol vehicles.
5. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 42
in a form on file in said department and incorporated by
reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on March 4, 1975,
by the following vote, to wit:
