RESOLUTION NO. 3611
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZIN THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE NEW TECHNICAL PRO- CESSING AREA IN THE CITY LIBRARY,
CONTRACT NO. 1023
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined that it is necessary and in the public interest to
construct a new technical processing area in the City Library; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing
of all labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation and
other expense necessary or incidental for said project, Contract
No. 1023, have been prepared and filed in the Public Works
Department of the City of Carlsbad and are incorporated by
reference herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the plans and specifications as presented are
hereby approved.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is
hereby authorized and directed to proceed to publish in accordance
with law, notice to contractors inviting bids for the construction
of a new technical processing area in the City Library, herein-
after described, in accordance with the plans and specifications
hereinabove referred to.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 18th
of March , 1975, by the following vote, to wit:

AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis, Skotnicki and
NOES: None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
