A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
AND THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO FOR COOPERATIVE
SUBMISSION OF A PROPOSAL TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974, AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.

The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
loes hereby resolve as follows:
1. That that certain agreement between the City of
3arlsbad and the County of San Diego for cooperative submission
if a proposal to the Department of Housing and Urban Development
inder the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, a copy
if which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein
~y reference, is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
mthorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on
Dehalf of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
2ity Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the
ist day of Anri 1 , 1975, by the following vote, to wit
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis, Skotnicki and
NOES: None
