RESOLUTION NO. 3636
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
CONTRACT NO. 1023 FOR CONSTRUCTION OF NEW
TECHNICAL PROCESSING AREA IN CITY LIBRARY
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for
zonstruction of new technical processing area in City library,
Contract No. 1023; and,
WHEREAS, the low bid received for this construction was sub-
nitted by Vincent C. Cramer in the amount of $46,600; and,
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $54,745 were budgeted in FY
74-75 for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
Df Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $46,600 by Vincent C. Cramer of Encinitas, CA
for Contract No. 1023 for construction of new technical processing
3rea in City library is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City
Zlerk are hereby authorized to execute a contract therefor.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Zouncil of the City of Carlsbad, California, held the 6th day 0.
May , 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
Frazee, Chase, Lewis and Skotnicki and woman Casler AYES : Counci 1 men Counci
