RESOLUTION NO. 3640
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING
CERTAIN ITEMS OF EQUIPMENT AS OBSOLETE,
AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SUCH
ITEMS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined that certain items of equipment can no longer be
used and are obsolete; and
WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to the City of Carlsbad
to dispose of these items.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That all equipment listed in Exhibit A be declared
obsolete.
3. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to proceed to publish Notice of Sale and to dispose of all items
of obsolete equipment.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, at a regular meeting held on April 15, 1975,
by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis , Skotnicki and
NOES: None
Councilwoman Casler
