The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby resolve as follows: 1. That Resolution No. 1733 is rescinded. 2. That an agenda shall be prepared for all City Council meetings. a Council meeting. Matters not on the agenda shall not be considered at 3. The order of business for City Council meetings shall be as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. In the event that there are no items to be con- sidered under one of the listed categories, that category shall not be listed on the agenda. 4. Citizens wishing items placed on the agenda shall address their request in writing to the City Manager who shall cause to be prepared a staff report thereon and shall thereafter place the matter on the Council agenda. 5. The latest edition of "Robert's Rules of Order'' shall govern the conduct of Council meetings, except that the Council may suspend or change said rules of order or the order of business, and any such change shall in no way affect the legality of Council action. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 6th day of May , 1975, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis, Skotnicki and NOES: None Councilwoman Casler ABSENT: None ATTEST : (SEAL) 2.
