RESOLUTION NO. 3693
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE SALARY PLAN FOR EMPLOYEES REPRESENTED
BY THE CARLSBAD POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION
AND THE CARLSBAD FIREFIGHTERS ASSOCIATION FOR THE 1975-76 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on July 8, 1975, by
%solution No. 3691 and Resolution No. 3692 approve memo-
mda of understanding between management and representatives
E the Carlsbad Police Officers Association and the Carlsbad
irefighters Association which called for certain salary
ijustments; and
WHEREAS, it is now appropriate in accord with said
esolutions for the City Council to implement said adjustments
y amending the interim salary plan adopted by Resolution No. 3686 ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
ity of Carlsbad as follows:
1, That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Classification and Salary Range Schedule
nd Bi-Weekly Salary Schedule for Fire Safety and Police Safety
ersonnel set out in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part
ereof, are hereby adopted as the Salary Plan of the City of
arlsbad for all employees covered by $aid schedules €or Fiscal
ear 1975-76.
3. That the schedules adopted by this resolution shall be
etroactive to July 1, 1975, and shall supersede the interim
alary plan for said employees as adopted by Resolution No. 3686. an adjourned PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at / regular meeting of the
