RESOLUTION NO. 3710
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, AWARDING A BID FOR A MINICOMPUTER TO SINGER BUSINESS MACHINES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
3s follows:
1. The bid of the Singer Business Machines, 269 W. Washington
Street, San Diego, California, is hereby accepted and the City
qanager is hereby authorized to execute a contract for the purchase
:if one minicomputer system at a cost of $50,574.00, plus tax, for a
total of $53,608.44.
2. That the expenditure of $15,000.00 is hereby authorized
:>ut of the fund, Fiscal Year 1974-75, Federal Revenue Sharing,
?und 22, and $38,604.44 is hereby authorized out of the fund,
?iscal Year 1975-76, Federal Revenue Sharing, Fund 22 of the
Clity of Carlsbad solely and exclusively for the purpose of pro-
viding funds for the purchase of the Singer Business Machines
minicomputer system.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 5th day of
August , 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis, Skotnicki and
NOES : Nci,ie
