RESOLUTION NO. 3713
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the C4ty Council of the City of
:arlsbad does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement,
lepartment of General Services of the State of California to
Durchase twenty fire extinguishers for and on behalf of the
City of Carlsbad, pursuant to Section 14814, Government Code,
2nd that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized and directed
to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other documents
in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of
iarlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on August 5, 1975,
by the following vote,to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis, Skotnicki and
NOES : None
