RESOLUTION NO. 3717
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD , CAL I FORNlA , ACCEPT I NG FOR PUBL 1 C STREET
PURPOSES CERTA I N PREVIOUSLY REJECTED EASEMENTS
REQUIRED BY CARLSBAD TRACT 73-2 (SANTA FE GLENS)
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby re-
solve as follows:
1. The following described real property located in the
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, parti-
cularly described as portions of Lots 497 and 501 designated
“portions of Lots 497 and 501 reserved for future street” accord-
ing to Map thereof No. 6612, recorded March 31, 1970, which was
previously rejected by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
San Diego for public street purposes, is now hereby accepted for
pub1 ic street purposes.
2. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad shall cause a
certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County and to cause a copy thereoi
to be forwarded to the County Assessor of the County of San Diego,
State of California.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held the 5th
August , 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis, Skotnicki and
NOES: ;.lone
ABSENT: iiione
