RESOLUTION NO. 3721
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING
TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM WATER RESERVE ACCOUNT TO SKYLINE DRIVE WATER LINE
PROJECT
WHEREAS, there is not presently sufficient fire flow volume
in the vicinity of Tamarack and El Camino Real; and
WHEREAS, the construction of a 10" water line in Skyline
Drive will provide an alternate source of fire flow at Tamarack
and El Camino Real and improve water pressure for the residences
along Skyline Drive; and
WHEREAS, funds for construction of the water line are avail-
able in the Water Reserve and from developer cash deposit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Finance Director is
instructed to transfer $14,000 from the Water Reserve Account
to the Skyline Drive Water Line Project.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held the 19th
1975, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis, Skotnicki and
NOES : None
Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
