A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A RENTAL AGREE-
MENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND
SECURITY PACIFIC NATIONAL BANK FOR SAFE
DEPOSIT BOXES AND AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER
OR CITY CLERK TO HAVE ACCESS THERETO.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the City Manager is authorized to execute a
Rental Agreement between the City of Carlsbad and Security
Pacific National Bank for safe deposit boxes.
2. That the City Manager or the City Clerk are author-
ized to have access to said boxes.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the
19th day of August , 1975, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis, Skotnicki and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
