RESOLUTION NO. 3730
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUI TCLA IM DEED I NVOLV I NG
A WATER LINE EASEMENT NO LONGER REQUIRED BY THE
CITY.
WHEREAS, two water line easements exist in the City of
Carlsbad, 10 feet and 20 feet in width, described in Exhibit "1"
and fr2'r attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein;
a nd
WHEREAS, these water line easements are no longer requirec
by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute quitclaim deeds in the form shown on
Exhibit I'll' and Ir2" attached hereto and by reference
incorporated herein, in favor of the person or persons
legally entitled thereto.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED AT a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad on the 2nd day of Se?tetcber ,
1975, by the following vote, to wit:
