RESOLUTION NO. 3734
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD DESIGNATING YIELD CONTROL ON FOREST AVENUE AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH
HIGHLAND DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follows:
THAT yield control be established on Forest Avenue at
its intersection with Highland Drive; thereby requl ring eastbound
traffic on Forest Avenue to yield to all traffic on Highland Drive.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City of
Carlsbad City Council held on
following vote, to wit:
September 2, 1975 , by the
AYES: Councilman Frazee, Chase, Lewis, Skotnicki and
NOES: None.
