RESOLUTION NO. 3743
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR
AUTOMOTIVE VEHICLES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Ocean/American; 501 South Hill;
3ceanside, California 92054, is hereby accepted and the City
Yanager is hereby authorized to execute a contract for the
purchase of two (2) compact sedans at the cost of $7,680.10,
olus tax for a total of $8,140.91.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
Zity of Carlsbad at a regular adjourned meeting held on
September 9, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis, Skotnicki and Councilwoman Caslev AYES :
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None- P&c+ ROBERT C. FRAZEE, ayor
