RESOLUTION NO. 3744
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR A COMPACT PICKUP TRUCK.
BE IT. RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
irlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Vince Dixon Ford; 5555 Plaza Del
iorte; Carlsbad, California 92008, is hereby accepted and
the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract
For the purchase of one (1) compact pickup truck at the
:ost of $3,382.82, plus tax for a total of $3,585.79.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
:ity of Carlsbad at a regular adjourned meeting held on
September 9, 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES:
NOES : None.
ABSENT: None.
Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis, Skotnicki and Councilwoman Casler.
