HomeMy WebLinkAbout1975-10-21; City Council; Resolution 37611 2 3 4 5 6 7 a 9 10 11 12 0 I k 0 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 3761 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING WITH CONDITIONS AN EXTENSION OF TENTATIVE MAP (CT 73-49) FOR DEVELOPMENT OF AN INDUSTRIAL PARK ON PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED IN THE SOUTH- WEST QUADRANT OF THE INTERSECTION OF PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD AND EL CAMINO REAL. (UNITS 2 TO 4) APPLICANT: CABOT, CABOT & FORBES. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the 20th day of November, 1973 adopted Resolution 3272 approving with conditions Tentative Map (CT 73-49); and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the 19th day of November, 1974, granted a tentative map time extension for a period of one year; and WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a one year extension of such map from November 20, 1975 to November 20, 1976; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to extend such map subject to additional conditions; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows: A. That the above recitations are true and correct. B. That Tentative Map (CT 73-49) is hereby extended, subject to the execution and/or fulfillment of all the conditions of Resolution 3272 and the following conditions: 1. The applicant shall submit a landscaping and irrigation plan to the City Engineer for those slope areas and landscaping areas which are adjacent to proposed public rights-of- way for his approval prior to the approval of the final sub- division grading plan. Said plan shall include a statement of 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 E s 1c 11 l! 2( 2: 2: 2; 21 2! 2t 2' 2r installation phasing, and shall include landscaping that will satisfy erosion and fire hazard controls. 2. The applicant or his successor in interest shall maintain all landscaping to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and Parks and Recreation Director, Successor in interest shall mean owner of record of applicable property owner's association. That said tentative map extension together with the c. provisions for its design and improvement and subject to the above conditions, is consistent with all applicable general and specific plans of the City of Carlsbad. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council held on the 21 st day of October , 1975, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Chase, Lewis and Councilwoman Casler.
