HomeMy WebLinkAbout1975-10-21; City Council; Resolution 37621 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 3762 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING WITH CONDITIONS AN EXTENSION OF TENTATIVE MAP (CT 74-7). APPLICANT: BARRIE F. CHASE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the 17th day of September, 1974, adopted Resolution No. 3510 approving, with conditions, Tentative Map (CT 74-7); and WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a one-year exten- sion of such map from September 17, 1975 to September 17, 1976; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to extend such map subject to additional conditions; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows: A. That the above recitations are true and correct. B. That Tentative Map (CT 74-7) is hereby extended, subject to the execution and/or fulfillment of all the conditions of Resolution No. 3510 and the following conditions: 1. The applicant shall submit a landscaping and irrigation plan to the City Engineer for those slope areas and landscaping areas which are adjacent to proposed public rights- of-way for his approval prior to the approval of the final sub- division grading plan. Said plan shall include a statement of installation phasing, and shall include landscaping that will satisfy erosion and fire hazard controls. 2. The applicant or his successor in interest shall maintain all landscaping to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and Parks and Recreation Director. That said tentative map extension together with the provisions for its design and improvement and subject to the above conditions, is consistent with all applicable general and specific plans of the City of Carlsbad. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City Council held on the 21st day of October I 1975, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Chase, Lewis and Councilwoman Casler.
