RESOLUTION NO. 3768
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALI FORNlA ACCEPT I NG FOR PUBLl C STREET
PURPOSES A CERTA IN PREV IOUSLY REJECTED STRl P
REQUIRED FOR THE COMPLETION OF MORNING GLORY
LANE CUL-DE-SAC IMPROVEMENTS.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby
?solve as follows:
1. The following described real property located in the
ity of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California parti-
ularly described as: ''A strip of land, 1.00 feet wide, lying
ortherly of and adjacent to that certain course noted as having a
earing of South 89'59' East and a distance of 86.43 feet", when
xcepted from the right of way dedication of Morning Glory Lane, is
ow hereby accepted for public street purposes.
2. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad shall cause
certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of
he County Recorder of San Diego County and cause a copy thereof to
le forwarded to the County Assessor of San Diego County.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
