RESOLUTION NO. 3777
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COU~CIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA VACATING A
PORTION OF OSUNA DRIVE I

The City Council of the City of Ca r ,Isbad, California, does
hereby resolve as follows: ~
1. That all publication and postidg of notices regarding
the proposed vacation of a portion of Os~una Drive pursuant to
Resolution of Intention No. 3753 have bden given as required by la\
2. That the City Council did hear 'the evidence offered by
all persons interested in said proposed #street vacation, and does
find from all the evidence submitted thdt a portion of Osuna Drive
generally located northeasterly of the i~ntersection of El Camino
Real and Marron Road in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,
State of California, particularly descrilbed on Exhibit A, attached
hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein, is unnecessary
for present or prospective street purpos~es and does hereby make
this order vacating said portion of Osurda Drive.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a qegular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, Califodnia, held the 4th day of
November , 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis, Skotnicki and Councilwoman Casler 1
