RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 3788
A RESQLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A ZONE CODE AMENDMENT TO ESTABLISH A COMMERCIAL-LIMITED RESIDENTIAL ZONE (C-LR)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
as follows:
(1) That it does declare its intention to consider the establishment of
a Commercial-Limited Residential Zone (C-LR) in Title 21 of the Carlsbad
Municipal Code and directs that the matter be set for public hearing before
the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad, California.
(2) Notice of said public hearing shall be given in the manner prescribec
by law.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at the regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad held on November 18, 1975, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis, Skotnicki and
NOES None
ABSENT: None
Councilwoman Casler
