RESOLUTION NO. 3790
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA RECOMMENDING
TO THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA THE APPOINTMENT OF
TWO MEMBERS TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD BUILDING
AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the terms of PAUL L. HEIM and L. J. HUKING,
Members, of the City of Carlsbad Building Authority expired
in October, 1975;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following persons are hereby recommended to
the Board of Supervisors, San Diego County, California to serve
as members of the City of Carlsbad Building Authority.
a. PAUL L. HEIT4 , Member, for a term
to expire October, 1979.
b. L. J. !-IIIKING , Member, for a term
to expire October, 1979.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
18th day of November ~-- - 3arlsbad City Council held on the
1975, by the following vote, to wit:
