California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Dictaphone Corporation; 548 S.
Kingsley; Los Angeles, Ca 90020, is hereby accepted and the
City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract for
the purchase of one (1) Multi Channel Recorder System at a
cost of $9,830.00 plus tax, for a total price of $10,419.80.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on December 16, 1975,
by the following vote, to wit:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR
A MULTI CHANNEL RECORDER SYSTEM
