RESOLUTION NO. 3806
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR
A PICKUP TRUCK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Lamb Chevrolet; 2301 National Avenue;
National City, California 92050, is hereby accepted and the
City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract for
the purchase of one (1) 3/4 ton pickup truck at the cost of
$5,237.32, less trade, plus tax for a total of $5,233.56.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on December 16,
1975, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis, Skotnicki and
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
