RESOLUTION NO. 3807
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD DES I GNAT I ON Y I ELD CONTROL ON ALT I SMA
WAY AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH ALICANTE ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
That yield control be established on Altisma Way at its
intersection with A1 icante Road; thereby requiring westbound
traffic on Altisma Way to yield to all traffic on Alicante Road.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 16th day of
D e c e !n be r , 1975, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewijs, Skotnicki and
NOES: None
Councilwoman Casler
