RESOLUTION NO. 3G08 I__I_-.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. That the budget for the Utilities Division of the Utilities/
INaintenance Department is amended to have funds available in Account
/No. W-5061 Capital Outlay - Wells, Reservoirs 8 Dams in order to have
ladder barriers fabricated and installed at city reservoirs.
2. That Departriient of Finance Fund Transfer No. - 15 -__ - . _. --
in a form on file in said department and incorporated by reference
herein is approved.
