A FSSOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA REQUESTING
THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY OF DEPARTMENT OF
PUBLIC HEALTH TO ENFORCE THE PROVISIONS
OF THE FOOD HANDLERS ORDINANCE.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the officers and employees of the Department
of Public Health of San Diego County is hereby requested to
enforce the provisions of Carlsbad Ordinance No. 5048 , adopt-
ing by reference Chapter 2, of Division 1, of Title 6, of the
San Diego Code of Regulatory Ordinances.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the
6th day of January , 1976, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis, Skotnicki and Counci 1 woman Cas1 er
