A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 3789, ISSUING A CERTIFI- CATE OF CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO JACK KNOX DBA A-1 TAXI TO OPERATE ONE TAXICAB IN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, TO REVISE THE SCHEDULE OF FARES.
WHEREAS, on November 18, 1975 the City Council by the
doption of Resolution No. 3789, approved the issuance of a
ertificate of Convenience and Necessity to Jack Knox dba as
-1 Taxi to operate taxicab service within the City of Carlsbad; and
WHEREAS, the fares reflected in 3 (c) of said resolution
ere in error;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
ity of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That Section 3 (c) of Resolution No. 3789 is
amended to read as follows:
"The schedule of fares to be charged shall be: Initial flag drop s.70, including first 1/7
mile; s.10 for each 1/7 mile thereafter; waiting
time $7.00 per hour."
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the

976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Il'razee, Chase, Lew-is, Sltotnlckl' and
NOES: None
