RESOLUTION NO. 3820
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING FOR PUBLIC STREET
PURPOSES CERTAIN PREVIOUSLY REJECTED LOTS.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. The following described real property located in the
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California parti-
cularly described as follows: lots "A,B,C, and D" of Falcon Hills
Unit No. 2, Map No. 5311 (Assessor's Parcel No's. 167-130-23,42,
43, and 44); lots "A and B" of Falcon Hills, Unit No. 3, Map No.
5520, (Assessor's Parcel No's. 167-180-31 and 41); and lots "D,F,
G and H" of Holiday Manor, Map No. 5054, (Assessor's Parcel No's.
207-130-42,54,31, and 32) which were previously rejected by the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad for public street purposes
are now hereby accepted for public street purposes.
2. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad shall cause a
certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County and shall cause a copy
thereof to be forwarded to the County Assessor of San Diego County
State of California.
PASSED APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 6th day of January I
1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis, Skotnicki and
Councilwoman Casler
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
