RESOLUTION NO. 3827
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the 16th
day of October, 1973, adopted Resolution 3243 approving with con-
ditions Tentative Map CT 73-38; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the 7th
day of January, 1975, granted a tentative map time extension for
a period of one year; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a one-year extension of
such map from October 16, 1975 to October 16, 1976; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to extend such map;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That tentative map CT 73-38 is hereby extended, subject
to the execution and/or fulfillment of all the conditions of
1 Resolution No. 3243.
3. That said tentative map extension together with the
1 provisions for its design and improvement and subject to the above
conditions, is consistent with all applicable general and specific
plans of the City of Carlsbad.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
I I 1 Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 20th day
of January, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
