RESOLUTION NO. 3828
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD , CALIFORNIA, APPROVING WITH CONDITIONS AN EXTENSION OF TENTATIVE MAP (CT 74-4)
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the 17th day of
ecember, 1974, adopted Resolution No. 3556 approving with conditions Tentative
ap (CT 74-4); and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has requested a one-year extension of such map
rom December 77, 1975 to December 17, 1976; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined to extend such map without
ddi tional conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
s follows:
A. That the above recitations are true and correct.
B. That Tentative Map (CT 74-4) is hereby extended, subject to the
xecution and/or fulfillment of all the conditions of Resolution No. 3556.
C. That said tentative map extension together with the provisions for its
esign and improvement and subject to the above conditions, is consistent with
11 applicable general and specific plans of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
ouncil held on the 20th day of January , 1976, by the following
