WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined that it is necessary and in the public interest to
purchase a turf truckster; and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the City for said turf
truckster can only be met by Cushman Motors, Inc.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Purchasing Agent of the City of Carlsbad
is hereby authorized and directed to negotiate for the purchase
of said turf truckster.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on January 20th,
1976, by the following vote, to wit:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE PURCHASING AGENT TO MAKE A
SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE OF A TURF TRUCKSTER.
