RESOLUTION NO. 3836
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE PURCHASING AGENT TO MAKE A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE AND AUTHORIZING FUNDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF A MOWER VACUUM.

determined that it is necessary and in the public interest to
purchase a mower vacuum; and
WHEREAS, the requirements of the City for said mower
vacuum can only be met by Hesston Corporation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the

/authorized out of the fund 5-75 of the City of Carlsbad
/solely and exclusively for the purpose of providing funds

City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Purchasing Agent of the City of Carlsbad
is hereby authorized and directed to negotiate for the purchase
of said mower vacuum.
3. That the expenditure of $2,550.00 is hereby
