RESOLUTION NO. 3844
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE REVENUE SHARING BUDGET.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. That the Revenue Sharing Budget be amended to have
funds available in Account Number 22-120-9.2 for the
construction of Fire Station #3.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer Number 28
in a form on file in said department and incorporated by
reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 3rd day of February, 1976, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis, 5kotnicki and
NOES: None
Councilwoman Cas1 er
ABSENT: None
