RESOLUTION NO. 3845
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION OF LADDER BARRIERS AT THE FOUR CITY RESERVOIRS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Peyton's Welding Service; 3045 State
Street; Carlsbad, California 92008, is hereby accepted and
the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract
for the fabrication and installation of ladder barriers at the
four City reservoirs for a total cost of $1,352.60.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on February 3, 1976,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis, Skotnicki and
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
