A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA REQUESTING
THE SAX DIEGO COUNTY OF DEPARTJ4ENT OF
PUBLIC HEALTH TO ENFORCE THE PROVISIONS
OF THE HEALTH PERMIT FEES FOR APARTMENTS
AND HOTELS ORDINANCE
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the officers and employees of the Department of
Public Health of San Diego County is hereby requested to enforce
the provisions of Carlsbad Ordinance No. 5050 , amending
Section 6.02.010 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code by the addition
of subsection (d) to revise the health permit fees for apartments
and hotels.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the
3rd day of February , 1976, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Chase, ILewis, Skotnicki and Counci lwoman Cas1 er NOES: None
