RESOLUTION NO. 3857
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
CONTRACT NO. 1029 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF FIRE STATION NO. 3 -
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for
onstruction of Fire Station No. 3, Contract No. 1029; and,
WHEREAS, the low b%d received for this construction was sub-
.itted by Armstrong-McHugh Corporation in the amount of $90,245.00

WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $94,850.00 were budgeted in
‘Y 1974-75 for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
5ty of Carlsbad as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
The bid of $90,245.00 by Armstrong-McHugh Corporation of
jolana Beach for Contract No. 1029, for construction of Fire
Station No. 3 is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk are
nereby authorized to execute a contract therefor.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Cit
Council of the City of Carlsbad held the 17th day of February, 197
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Chase, Lewis, Skotnicki and
