A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING TEMPORARY LOAD
LIMITS ON THE AGUA HEDIONDA INLET BRIDGE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
determined that it is necessary and in the public interest to
establish and post temporary load limits on the Agua Hedionda Inlet
Bridge by the Public Works Department of the City of Carlsbad.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:

1. That temporary load limits be established and posted
on the approaches to the Agua Hedionda Inlet Bridge as follows:

a. 66 tons per vehicle b. 24 tons per semi-trailer combination c. 28 tons per truck and full trailer
2. That the posting shall remain in effect for not more
than 90 days, in compliance with Section 35754 of the California
Vehicle Code.
