RESOLUTION NO. 3863
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING
A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN AMBULANCE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the bid of Leader Industries; 4942 Encinita
Avenue; Temple City, California 91780, is hereby accepted and
the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract
for the purchase of an ambulance for a total cost of $14,096.94.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on March 16, 1976,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Skotnicki, Packard, and Councelwoman Casler NOES: None
ABSENT: None
