HomeMy WebLinkAbout1976-03-16; City Council; Resolution 3869ZY 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 3869 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE QUITCLAIM DEEDS INVOLVING FEE TITLE IN A PORTION OF OSUNA DRIVE. WHEREAS, on or about March 25, 1968 and April 5, 1968, the 5ty of Carlsbad acquired fee title ownership to a portion of Isuna Drive for street purposes, and more particularly described in Zxhibit "A" and I'B" attached hereto and made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, this fee title is no longer required by the City: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the :ity of Carlsbad, as follows: 1. That the above recitations are true and correct. 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to 2xecute Quitclaim Deeds in the form shown on Exhibits "A" and "B" ittached hereto and made a part hereof, in favor of Azalea, Inc. ind Otis E. and Christine Vanderburg.
