RESOLUTION NO. 3873
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING FOR PUBLIC STREET
PURPOSES A CERTAIN PREVIOUSLY REJECTED LOT.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby re-
solve as follows:
1. The following described real property located
.n the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California
Iarticularly described as follows:
hbdivision, Map No. 6026, (Assessor's Parcel No. 206-140-31) which
ras previously rejected by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
'or public street purposes is now hereby accepted for public street
urposes.
Lot "A" of Cape Aire Estates
2. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad shall cause a
!ertified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the Office of
.he County Recorder of San Diego County and shall cause a copy
.hereof to be forwarded to the County Assessor of San Diego County,
