RESQLUTION NO. 36379
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL @F
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE EXPENOITURE OF FUNDS FOR POLICE PERSONNEL.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. That the expenditure of $15,058 dollars from the
General Fund balance for police personnel is hereby authorized and
approved.
2. That department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 45
in a form on file in said department and incorporated by reference
herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 6th day of April, 1976, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Skotnicki and
NOES: None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: Councilman Packard P&&p- ROBERT C. FRAZEE, MAYOR
