A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA. APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD PLANNING

WHEREAS, Commissioner RONALD C. PACKARD has resiqned from
the Planning Commission;
NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitation is true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve
as a member of the Planning Commission in the position vacated:
MARK A. NELSON for a term to expire in April, 1977.
PASSED, A,DOPTED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held the
20th day of April, 1976.
