RESOLUTION NO. 3886
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE POLICE PATROL CARS AND AUTHORIZING FUNDS FOR PURCHASE OF POLICE PATROL CARS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
lalifornia, as follows:
1. That the Office of Procurement, Department of General
iervices of the State of California is hereby authorized to
iurchase eight (8) Dodge Coronet Police Patrol Cars for and on
iehalf of the City of Carlsbad, pursuant to Section 14814
;overnment Code, and that the Purchasing Agent is hereby
iuthorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary
nequests and other documents in connection therewith for and
in behalf of the City of Carlsbad.
2. That the expenditure of $4,880.00 is hereby authorized
)ut of fund 1-139 of the City of Carlsbad solely and exclusively
For the purpose of providing funds for the purchase of police
iatrol cars.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on
