RESOLUTION NO. 3891
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTB- ORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUC- TION OF WHEELCHAIR RAMPS.
CONTRACT NO. 1035
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has deter-
nined that it is necessary and in the public interest to construct
rheelchair ramps; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all
labor, material, tools, equipment, transportation and other expense
iecessary or incidental for said project, Contract No. 1035 have
>een prepared and filed in the Engineering Department of the City
)f Carlsbad and are incorporated by reference herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
:arlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the plans and specifications as presented are hereby approved.
3. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby
authorized and directed to proceed to publish in accordance
with law, notice to contractors inviting bids for construc-
tion of wheelchair ramps, hereinafter described, in accor-
dance with the plans and specifications hereabove referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
If Carlsbad at a regular meeting held the 4th day of May I
-976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Frazee, Lewis, Packard, Skotnicki and
