RESOLUTION NO. 3893
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPEC-
IFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO IN-
VITE BIDS FOR THE CONTRACT NO. 1031.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has deter-
lined that it is necessary and in the public interest to resurface
rarious City streets; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all
.abor, material, tools, equipment, transportation and other ex-
lense necessary or incidental for said project, Contract No. 1031
ave been prepared and filed in the Engineering Department of the
ity of Carlsbad and are incorporated by reference herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of

That the above recitations are true and correct. That the plans and specifications as presented are hereby approved. That the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and directed to proceed to publish in accord- ance with law, notice to contractors inviting bids for resurfacing of various City streets, hereinafter described in accordance with the plans and specifications hereabove referred to.
