RESOLUTION NO. 3895
A RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SETTING THE TIME TO
BE READY TO CONNECT TO UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC
SYSTEM IN UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 4.
WHEREAS, on December 18, 1973, the City Council of the City of
:arlsbad adopted Resolution No. 3305 establishing Underground Dist-
-ict No. 4; and
WHEREAS, Section 11.08.030 of City Code requires that property
kwners be notified of the time to be ready to connect to the Under-
[round system by subsequent Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the underground system is to be completed by July 16,
976, and overhead poles are to be removed by August 20, 1976; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
f Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the date on which affected property owners must be
eady to receive underground service is June 11, 1976.
2. That a certified copy of this Resolution be recorded in
.he County Recorder's office and also mailed to each affected pro-
)erty owner.
PASSED, APPROVED LVD ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
louncil of the City of Carlsbad, held the 4th day of May
976, by the following vote, to wit:
